The United States is a corporation, which is one in the same as "government." Our purpose is to expose this and other corrupted facts. We believe in the Common Law, in the people's judiciary, in the municipalities' sovereignty over the Federal Departments, and in the individual's sovereignty above all other powers over Earth and under God. time out for some prose

I have to wander dark alone
to find the path behind my home
alone outside the fearless fort
I trudge on broken bones
I judge the token clones
for their excess of abstinence--
pacing the tower walls
they keep the parasites at bay--
(at least it appears that way)

I find my destination feeds me
--dehumanization frenzy--
malignant stupor envy
cancer shakes the money tree,
it's the connection of freedom to destiny
I rule over those who rule over me--
I step over those who fall under me
I forfeit my decision to justify a life
in tune with sensational extremities
I'm laughing at disparity
and grunting with depravity
proffering a bloody lamb
to ensure myself of who I am
I carved the bones with my teeth
to guarantee a smiling death
the path to the unfathomable darkness--
it lies beyond your home,
beyond your dreams the fences lie
built by yourself to avoid the unknown

Hour of The Time - the Life of William Cooper

William Cooper was killed by the new world order in November of 2001, weeks after 9-11, by county sheriffs attempting to serve phony warrants for Bill's arrest. Deputies claimed Bill started firing at them at which point they opened fire. Bill Cooper was named "the most dangerous radio show host in the country" by then president Bill Clinton. This is his life story as told by those who knew him. This is a must watch!!

The Voluntary Federal Programs

The Voluntary Federal Programs
by FranG

"I love America, but I can't spend the whole year here. I can't afford the taxes."
-- Mick Jagger

I can certainly relate to the comment above. The land of the free imposes a cost on breathing to its free Citizens via its Income Tax laws. A tax on breathing simply means that you are being taxed without regard to any specific action taken on your part, you are simply taxed for the sake of being taxed. If you are a living soul that requires food for sustenance, you will be taxed on the production of that food. And in many cases, if no food production, then they have to tax something. The water you drink and the air you breath become the next best alternative. They have you on the upside down weight loss program via the shaking of coins out of your pockets. So a tax on living is wrong you say? Well, according to the statement below, you are not the only one who feels this way.

“Our system of taxation is dependent on taxpayers’ belief that the laws they follow apply to everyone and that the IRS will respect and protect their rights under the law.” (link)

Did you notice anything odd about that statement? Well, the above statement is from a Director of the IRS (Internal Revenue Service), on behalf of the Commissioner, in response to a Citizen’s letter inquiring about the legality of individual income taxes. The letter from the Director goes on to say “the law itself does not require individuals to file a Form 1040.” The letter then continues with empty rhetoric about how to compute your income tax, and the consequences if you fail to do so. The important points to be taken from this letter is 1) the tax laws do not apply to everyone, and in fact applies only to a minute amount of individuals who file their individual Form 1040 tax returns every year, and 2) there is no law that requires an individual to pay income tax.

The IRS will try to control you through your ignorance, but the bottom line is that the burden of proof is on them. For your individual specific case, a tax return was required to be filed. The IRS is a paper tiger, with its minions and the thousands of pages of rules not being worth the paper it’s printed on. The Tax Code is designed to get you lost in a mirage of details, and while staying silent on the key issue of liability, forces your mind to provide the information left intentionally obscure by Code. Thus people make assumptions where the law “appears” to be silent. It is a form of psychological conditioning facilitated by the appearance of legality via the actions of the IRS, accountants, attorneys, and a corporate media who know, or respectfully should know, that individual taxes are for the most part voluntary.

And why are they voluntary you ask? It is because the United States does not have jurisdiction inside the borders of a State. This means that the IRS has no jurisdiction over States' citizens unless they are interacting directly with the federal Government, or operating outside the boundaries of their respective State. This, and only this, is where the Government has jurisdiction. This is of course individual-specific and thus the burden of proof falls on the IRS, on a case by case basis, of showing you are required to file. The closest thing the IRS has that says an individual is required to file a return is Sections 6011 and 6012 of the Tax Code. Sec 6011 (a) states:

“[‘b]When required by regulations[/b] prescribed by the Secretary any person made liable for any tax imposed by this title, or with respect to the collection thereof, shall make a return or statement according to the forms and regulations prescribed by the Secretary. Every person required to make a return or statement shall include therein the information required by such forms or regulations.”

Sec 6012 (a) (1) (A) states:

“Returns with respect to income taxes under subtitle A shall be made by ….. Every individual having for the taxable year gross income which equals or exceeds the exemption amount…..“

The gross income items are listed in Sec 61 and surprisingly do not include wages, the number one source of income for Americans. The Code conveniently does not define income, but in basic terms, income is all revenues acquired minus all expenses paid or incurred. Income is usually defined and classified as either Accounting Income or Economic Income. The definitions below will reveal which method is more appropriate for individuals when considering income tax liability. From Merriam-Webster Online:

Accounting – “the system of recording and summarizing business and financial transactions and analyzing, verifying, and reporting the results;”

Economic – “b: of, relating to, or based on the production, distribution, and consumption of goods and services c: of or relating to an economy.”

Notice any difference in the definitions? Well the system of accounting fails to take into account the economy as a whole.

Economy – “1 archaic : the management of household or private affairs and especially expenses 2a: thrifty and efficient use of material resources : frugality in expenditures.”

The difference between accounting and economic income is that one takes into account all relevant factors necessary for the generation of income, and one merely looks at the specific transaction. In particular, economics looks at hidden costs such as inflation and, more importantly for the purposes of determining economic income, opportunity cost. This concept is important because, although the IRS has no jurisdiction to tax income within a State’s borders, a State can tax its Citizens’ income.
Opportunity cost is

"the cost of something in terms of an opportunity forgone (and the benefits which could be received from that opportunity), or the most valuable forgone alternative (or highest-valued option forgone), i.e. the second best alternative.” (link)

An example of opportunity cost in the work setting would be the consideration of two job offers for an individual by two would-be employers. One employer is offering to pay $100,000 and the other is offering $120,000. Economics assumes that a rational individual would contract with the employer offering the higher wage, thus the opportunity cost of working for the employer would be the $100,000 salary of the job not taken. All else equal, the individual’s economic income, or profit would be $20,000, the difference between his economic revenue and economic cost. Had the lower salaried job been selected, the individual would actually have an economic loss of $20,000, despite showing an accounting gain of $100,000 (since no "per se" record exists of a sale of goods and services). Opportunity cost is a hidden cost that is not directly realized, but will be experienced later. Inflation provides a good example of an opportunity cost and is factored into the price of loans offered by creditors. The loan price takes into account future loan opportunities foregone as the result of extending credit to individuals or businesses. The IRS knows very well the significance of opportunity cost on income, but chooses to remain conspicuously silent on the point.

Another economic term that is of significance is that of perfect competition. Perfect competition can be defined as

"an economic model that describes a hypothetical market form in which no producer or consumer has the market power to influence prices. According to the standard economical definition of efficiency (Pareto efficiency), perfect competition would lead to a completely efficient outcome." (link)

Perfect competition is the opposite of a monopoly; it is the other extreme where all players within an industry share in the wealth equally. Perfect competition is another way of saying “free market system.” In a perfectly free market economy, economic costs are equal to economic revenues and thus economic profit (or income) is zero. The economic term for zero income is “normal profit,” which is another way of saying sustenance. In other words, in an ideal true free market economy, you merely have equal exchanges of property in trade and a gain is not realized by anyone. Of course this is theory but in the event of an economic gain, only then would an individual be liable for income taxes. The logic being that as the economy grows, the government grows with it. This is reasonable, but the inverse should be the case during times of economic stability or recession. When individuals, and the economy as a whole, are experiencing economic losses, “accounting” income taxes would be in effect an improper tax as nothing has been gained. It effectively becomes a confiscation of property.

What About FICA Taxes?

Nick Kypreos, Hockey player for the New York Rangers, when asked what he planned to do during his team's visit to the White House, stated the following:

"I want to find out who this FICA guy is and how come he's taking so much of my money."

Isn’t that a good question? I’ve seen this guy FICA on my W-2s and paycheck stubs as well. I've searched for FICA and am glad that I have found him. That was the first part, but learning his nature is what we are really interested in. In short, FICA (Federal Insurance Contributions Act) taxes are taxes paid for Social Security and Medicare benefits to be received after an individual reaches the “retirement age” and no longer has "to work" for a living. The amount of the tax (12.4% for Social Security and 2.9% for Medicare) is shared equally by employees in the work force, and their employers (employers have to pay for each person employed). Although they refer to this withholding as a tax (See 26 USC 3601 (a)), it is nothing of the sort. The dictionary defines tax as follows:

Tax – to assess or determine judicially the amount of (costs in a court action)

Black’s Law Dictionary 8th Ed defines tax as;

Tax – A charge, usu. monetary, imposed by the government on persons, entities, transactions, or property to yield public revenue.[/i]

Despite its appearance, FICA taxes are merely contributions made to a retirement plan that is sponsored by the United States government. If one does not care to participate in the government’s retirement plan, he doesn’t have to make contributions, which are erroneously called taxes, towards it. This is evidenced in a response to a Citizen’s letter regarding Social Security Numbers for her children by the Assistant Commissioner of the Social Security Administration (SSA) department. Specifically, the letter states;

“The Social Security Act does not require a person to have a Social Security number (SSN) to live and work in the United States, nor does it require a SSN simply for the purpose of having one. However, if someone works without a SSN, we cannot properly credit the earnings for the work performed.” (link)

The letter then goes on to say that certain laws, however, may require that a Citizen provide a SSN number, such as IRS tax forms required to be filed by the individual, or that a SSN may be required to furnish to private entities required to report on earnings paid to individual.

Talk about doublespeak! The Assistant Commissioner says that you do not have to participate in the Social Security program in one breath, and in another says that other entities (including governmental) may require that you must participate (by obtaining a SSN, you are enrolled in the program by default). Well let’s see what the Tax Code says about this point. Sections 3127, regarding employers and employees, and 1402 (g) (1) for self employed individuals, states that an exemption can be claimed from the FICA taxes for religious reasons. Specifically, one has to file an application (Form 4029) which meets the following criteria:

1) one is a member of a religious sect.,
2) the organization is opposed to the acceptance of such retirement, disability, etc. benefits from a public or private institution,
3) provide evidence of membership in said organization,
4) waiver of all benefits under the Social Security act
5) the Commissioner (IRS) verifies the factuality of established tenets of organization stating opposition to receiving retirement benefits
6) the Commissioner determines that the request is reasonable

The last part of those requirements seems pretty un-American to me. We actually have to get permission from some authority to practice our religious faiths. What a shame indeed. In any event, this is an option toward rescinding your SSN if you are (un)fortunate enough to have one. I think we all need to inform the Commissioner of the personal God that the Founding Fathers said we are all entitled to, and that our faith opposes our being forced to contribute to any retirement, disability, etc. plan, rather public or private, under the gross misconception that we are paying lawful (FICA) “taxes.” And that our faith also opposes any laws or rules by any government, or private entity, which require identification numbers of any retirement, disability, etc. plan to be used in obtaining a service totally unrelated to said plan. Examples of this would be the requiring of an SSN for income tax purposes (either federal or state), or the requiring of private entities such as banks to provide SSNs of its customers with established bank accounts. On a constitutional level, we would prefer the actions of individual States in this regard, such as my home state of Illinois which require an SSN to obtain a driver’s license ((625 ILCS 5/6 106), to be deemed a violation of Art I Sec 10 of the U.S. Constitution regarding the right to contract (or not contract). Each of the above outlined acts which require our obtaining of a SSN would by default enroll us into a program which violates our religious faith.

Lastly, and most importantly, we would like for our children’s right to a personal God to be recognized, and to also be given the same freedom of choice as we are seeking, in regards to engaging in contracts upon their own free will as opposed to force. This force is illustrated in Sec 405 (c) (2) (C) (ii) of the Social Security Act which states:

“In the administration of any law involving the issuance of a birth certificate, each State shall require each parent to furnish to such State (or political subdivision thereof) or any agency thereof having administrative responsibility for the law involved, the social security account number (or numbers, if the parent has more than one such number) issued to the parent unless the State (in accordance with regulations prescribed by the Commissioner of Social Security) finds good cause for not requiring the furnishing of such number. The State shall make numbers furnished under this subclause available to the Commissioner of Social Security and the agency administering the State’s plan under part D of subchapter IV of this chapter in accordance with Federal or State law and regulation.”

The above does nothing more than establish a Social Security number for newly born children under the guise of providing the States with grant money for plans establishing and enforcing paternity and child support obligations. As it is not the case that all children will need the services of paternity establishment by the government, it is unfair that they be forced to contract with the Social Security Administration for retirement, disability, etc. benefits of any kind. It, as well as the Federal Income Tax laws are voluntary for most Americans and we would like to go back to the days of freely volunteering the hard earned fruits of our labor to our Government on our terms.

To laugh and dance in the face of sudden death-your only armor the truth-is freedom

by Brandon Dean

this is to reassure all those who feel no one listens to them, no one cares, or no one believes what is really happening...

I decided 1 year ago the countdown to world control had begun, and the showdown was approaching. I still hold to that. This collosal behemoth we've created simply by not paying attention is about to turn around and deliver its poisonous bite.
You can call it natural development. You can say humans are meant to be here at this crossroads of technology and our primitive mentalities. Or that it's some cosmic accident...
But it's not. It's cold and calculated, and it's been passed on generation after generation by aquiring wealth, and passing it on along with the values learned from earning it to their children.
We really could be living a relatively peaceful life here on planet Earth if it wasn't for these financial illusionists. We're not meant to live in conflict and seperation from our inner soul. I know it with every synapse in my brain.

The Butterfly Effect

"There is no thing endowed with life - from man, who is enslaving the elements, to the nimblest creature - in all this world that does not sway in it's turn. Whenever action is born from force, though it be infinitesimal, the cosmic balance is upset and the universal motion results." ---Nikola Tesla

So for the last year I've been conducting an experiment upon humanity. I decided if I truly believed what I have learned over sixteen years of study, then now is the time when minds should be opening. Therefore, now is the time to awaken my sleeping compatriots, lost in ten thousand different dreams and manipulations from beyond. From forces "out of their control.."

The focus of the experiment is to bring up political corruption in any conversation possible, to see how open people have become to the idea of massive political corruption compared to sixteen years ago. I've been trying to expose government corruption in one form or another for that long. There have been times when I became severely cynical. I've read and watched and investigated so many things it really takes focus to retain the important parts.

To date, every single person I've engaged in conversations about political corruption and even the new world order in the last year has become at the very least open to the idea. Every last one of them. In fact, this is an open invitation for any who read to engage me in a discussion about world political corruption. It is my duty by knowing what I know to scream it from the mountaintops!

This is huge, and I'll tell you why: fifteen years ago, I could talk to punk rockers about this. That was pretty much it. Those who had been beaten down by society simply by stepping back and taking a good look at it. It really hurts and depresses you when you first start to realize the enormity of this monster. Most either live in abject fear of it or in absolute denial of it. The rest are oblivious...

It's very hard to intimidate me in any form, as most who know me personally would agree, and I crave the hidden truth, so it's very hard to fool me. I do not fear the monster; I see it as an apparition and an aberration which grips humankind. But though it doesn't exist in my immediate reality, it utterly stampedes my external reality.

The Cassandra Complex

The problem for me has always been the Cassandra Complex. Cassandra was an ancient goddess who was blessed to know the future, but doomed to have none believe her when she foretold it.

It sometimes seems like a good portion of my life has resembled that. Only I do not know the future, I simply pay attention...

Peace and Exhilaration:

Two things will save you in this maelstrom. They will afford you peace and exhilaration:

1) Lose your fear. There is no reason for it. Death is the greatest mystery you will ever learn.

2) INFORMATION. Inform yourself. Inform yourself. INFORM YOURSELF!!! They are trying to steal your access to information, and they're closer to having it all than you may think.

With these two tools you will have access to THE TRUTH, which they've always tried to keep from you.

Don't be a robot. Don't play a game with no rules and no winners. Stand up right now and take your life back. The time is now!

For the past sixteen years I've observed the human race slowly rising from its slumber, and it's a beautiful thing, like watching the sunrise. Slow yet inevitable...

All anyone needs at this moment to wake is a nudge from someone with INFORMATION who is NOT AFRAID to say it. A little patience usually helps too...

Sixteen years ago no one wanted to hear it. Now, I have people practically begging to send them links, and to tell them what I know... hahaha! I love it...

We will overcome, by the way... There's no getting around it. I may not live to see it, but it's enough to know freedom, and to live it now, in the midst of their storm.

To laugh and dance in the face of sudden death-your only armor the truth-is freedom.

Start talking to everyone you can. Bring up touchy subjects. Force someone to stop sedating themselves for half an hour and give them a good dose of reality. We're ready for it.

The truth will spread like a pandemic, and it already is...

life eternal not life external,

Falling Apart With All Plights Deserved
by Brandon Dean

march 26th of the year of our word, 2007
with all plights deserved

artwork by Brandon Dean

Operating on the basis that most of what I've been told but have not experienced myself is either intentionally or accidentally false, my life has built itself into a jumble of constantly fluctuating crossword puzzles known as "reality." The longer I exist, the less solidity I find, and the less stability I encounter.

EVERYTHING I HAVE BEEN TOLD IS A POTENTIAL LIE.

This can seem very depressing to some folks, but not me. It tells me I can and must invent my own reality in order to stay sane and somewhat happy.
Sometimes it is hard to swallow the bitter fruit we plant and nurture, however.
When you make a point of investigating truth, and especially true history, you come to a number of realizations:

1) it's really true: the more you learn the less you know.

2) no one really knows anything about anything. We all take stabs at it though... You can break anything down far enough for the truth to fan out into an abstractness of waveforms and neutrons, rendering it unusable to our limited sensory capability, and therefore unexplainable...

3) Math is not accurate or constant being that there are no actual constants in the universe. EVERYTHING is changing ALL the time, whether in monumental or minute degrees. so 2+2=4, but the value of the 2's are constantly changing on an atomic level, so math is more of an anchor to hold on to than a set value...

4)No unit of measure OF ANY KIND is completely accurate. Light and therefore reality bends over humongous amounts of space, and therefore fluctuates constantly. Units of measure are simply a human concept, chosen arbitrarily by someone somewhere to use, like math, as a common anchor. This includes minutes, hours, inches, meters, yards, miles, days, seconds, kilometers, kilotons, nanoseconds, liters, gallons, ounces, pounds, years, etc. etc... All of these measurements fluctuate greatly over large amounts of space and time. They are "set in stone" by their common usage. But at their heart they are only necessary to maintain the crude society we exist within. With "hidden knowledge" units of measurement are actually used as a form of manipulation.

5. Everybody is pretty much full of shit. We all spend our lives trying to figure out how to stay happy through defining recurring situations as reality. Because of this we shun the rest of existence (anything that hasn't recurred in our realities) as impossible, therefore closing ourselves off from any "greater knowledge" to be attained.

This apparent need to stay happy has driven all the fears and therefore manipulation of the human race. The easiest way to manipulate someone is to distract them by putting fear into their minds. Fear of anything. Doesn't matter of whom or what... It's the ultimate distraction. And the banksters use distraction like a fine tool.

Those in control can TELL you anything they want.

They can put anything on TV or in your food they want, and they do.

But it's all falling apart. They just don't know it yet...

I truly believe here, in the belly of this great beast (not the heart or the brain of the beast mind you) we call "the USA," we have been the first to break the shell of the new life of freedom and honor awaiting us in the near future.
We as Americans have a heritage of dissent and freedom, deserved or not, and the true sleeping giant of the USA is actually awakening now, and has been for some time. Those who sling their control over our imaginations are now afraid, because they have vast knowledge, but lack simple wisdom. They have not the common sense to see the more you try to control someone, the more they resist, no matter how dormant or elusive this "free spirit" may have become.

I urge all who read this to consider what is to come ahead. I'm not being apocalyptic, just look around. There is a great tide of awakening happening in the world right now. I know because I've been studying true history and government corruption since I was 16, and no one cared back then. Now it's not too hard to engage someone in a politically charged discussion about corruption.
It's not a big surprise though... They've really been going to town on our freedoms in the last twenty years or so, and people have simply started to notice. Most of my generation know little else besides the continual loss of freedom, to the point where it HAS become our accepted reality... Every form of protest seems futile because we are being attacked from all angles. We are fighting the Hydra, a dragon who grows new heads faster than we can chop the old ones off.

But their control is falling apart and there's nothing they can do about it.

The vast majority of the human race still lies under their hypnosis, but the numbers are steadily decreasing. If you look for polls which don't make the national or local mainstream media news you'll see there are far more aware people in this country than you may think...
We have been propagandized into thinking Americans as a whole are more ignorant, apathetic and stupid than they are...
Just like every time the news mentions welfare they show blacks, although there are far more whites on welfare in this country than blacks, they present the average American as completely ignorant morons with sixth grade educations and emotional responses when it's simply not true.
In fact, I find pretty much ANYONE I try to engage in a real conversation will go there with me, even if they are stuck in their little belief pattern.
A seed is planted, and it will usually come back to me in the form of further questions from the now-curious person. But I have no doubt the seed will grow and fruit will appear...

Try it yourself. Seriously... You may be surprised...

Most who do think for themselves don't speak about it, and I am going out on a limb by saying that includes EVERYONE WHO ISN'T ALREADY SPEAKING FOR THEMSELVES. Which essentially means everyone thinks for themselves, they just choose to relinquish the authority to someone else out of fear of making the wrong decision.
I truly believe that. Everyone already knows in their heart we are constantly lied to by forces seemingly out of our control, they just need to see others are not afraid to speak about it. They are sheep and they are afraid, but being a sheep isn't a bad thing necessarily; you're really in trouble when you have a bad shepherd.

It is a big deal, because we are set for slaughter, like a bunch of fat hogs. Americans and their little idea of "freedom" are the first on the New World Order's agenda of destruction.
You can see the signs all around us: plentiful drugs (legal and illegal-all lethal), bad food, fluoridated water, TV brainwashing, obesity, complete lack of education--end of story, breakdown of family life, destruction of the middle class, glorification of promiscuity leading to "social (designer) diseases," etc. etc...

And being that Americans are the planned army killbots of the New World Order (those who aren't killed outright themselves), it is up to us to begin the destruction of the New World Order by overtaking their tactics and using them for our own good. At the expense of sounding disgusting, we must eat our way out of this beast's belly no matter how badly the beast thrashes and screams in agony. It must bleed...

And I won't shout "The Time is Now" because this "now" began before most of us were born. Since Kennedy was killed Americans have been waking in fits and starts as to the nature of our manipulation and the brutality with which we as "sheeple" have been and are controlled.

Do your part simply by educating yourself. We can and will defeat this monster. I don't care how old it is. Its tactics are being exposed in more astounding amounts daily. And I don't care how ingrained it is in our culture, all of its pawns are humans, and therefore malleable with the truth.

There are generals, admirals, colonels, and ex-government officials of all kinds who all question the official story of 9-11. These are people who are in a position to know. In the mid-90's an attempted coup by 24 American generals and admirals to arrest Bill Clinton for treason. Instead they were found out and arrested themselves.

By most accounts outside the national media more than half the families of victims of 9-11 now question the official story. Way more than half the FDNY firefighters think the government is involved in some way...

It is a well accepted fact in the USA at this point President Kennedy was killed by a conspiracy. There is now beyond conclusive proof of this. No question at all about it, and I mean seriously. If you want to find out how far us "conspiracy theorists" have come in the JFK investigation, go to www.jfkmurdersolved.com and see for yourself

We know about the Oklahoma City bombing. There were multiple unexploded bombs found INSIDE the building, and we only know about it from HOURS OF NEWS FOOTAGE from the morning of the bombing! That's all! Hours and hours... This of course is proof Timothy McViegh did not act alone. Sorry New World Order...

********************

In conclusion, we have much turmoil and destruction in front of us, but also much pleasure and peace.
The totality of their mayhem and destruction and usurpations will accomplish nothing other than to introduce our first glimpse as a human race at the totality of peace and singularity.

Comparing Ron Paul to Thomas Jefferson in Quotes

you tell me: is ron paul founding father material??

*************

"Setting a good example is a far better way to spread ideals than through force of arms." --Ron Paul

"War is an instrument entirely inefficient toward redressing wrong; and multiplies, instead of indemnifying losses." --Thomas Jefferson

*************

"A system of capitalism presumes sound money, not fiat money manipulated by a central bank. Capitalism cherishes voluntary contracts and interest rates that are determined by savings, not credit creation by a central bank." --Ron Paul

"If the American people ever allow private banks to control the issue of currency, first by
inflation, then by deflation, the banks and corporations that will grow up around them will deprive
the people of all property until their children wake up homeless on the continent their fathers
conquered."-- Thomas Jefferson

"All initiation of force is a violation of someone else's rights, whether initiated by an individual or the state, for the benefit of an individual or group of individuals, even if it's supposed to be for the benefit of another individual or group of individuals." --Ron Paul

"Force is the vital principle and immediate parent of despotism." --Thomas Jefferson

*************

"The most important element of a free society, where individual rights are held in the highest esteem, is the rejection of the initiation of violence." --Ron Paul

Photographic Trickery: from Oswald to the coming Iran War

Photographic Trickery: from Oswald to the coming Iran War
by Brandon Dean

This last February, the US army supposedly "seized" numerous "explosively formed projectiles" from Iraqi "insurgents" (defenders of their homeland), which were supposedly supplied from Iran. Iran's supply of mortar ammunition comes from Russia.
Now, the US Army claims the following photograph to be an example of these 81 mm mortar rounds:

I can't think of any reason why there would be ENGLISH, or ironically enough, "Arabic" characters from OUR alphabet instead of, for example, oh, I don't know; Russian or Iranian characters? Not only that, but come to find out, NO TROOPS IN IRAN EVEN USE 81MM ROUNDS----THEY USE 82MM!!! THERE'S A BIG DIFFERENCE!! An 81mm mortar shell will not work in an 82mm mortar launcher.
This is what you call "hidden in plain sight." They flashed this image, which I have debunked in the two minutes it took to write a paragraph, all over the news for a couple days, and then it disappeared into the ether before everyone paying attention realized it was fake. Nonetheless it will be used to help justify another bloody war.

Now let's take a look at our favorite comic book villain, Osama bin Laden. For those of you who haven't heard, the guy's been dead since about 2 months after 911. He was walking around with a respirator for three years before that. Yet he was supposedly very very busy guiding the most complicated and far-reaching terrorist attack in human history on 9/11/01.
Here's a photo showing stills from five different "Osama" tapes:

I mean, give me a break. Look at photo E. That guy looks more like Santa Claus than Osama bin Laden. They really choked on that one.

Another great example of photographic trickery was the murder of Vincent Foster. One of the most informative websites on the internet is www.whatreallyhappened.com. Mike Rivero runs the site, and how he originally got his name was by exposing the Foster murder.
You see, Foster was Bill Clinton's Chief Deputy Council, and was involved in the Clinton Whitewater scandal. He was found dead on July 20, 1993. The FBI came to the "conclusion" it was a suicide. The following photo was released to the media as evidence of suicide:

haha! Is this a joke? Where's the blood? Oh, no blood? Gee that's weird. When you get hit with a bullet, especially in the head, blood sprays everywhere, including all over the gun and hand that were right next to the head when the bullet went in!

Next we have the justification for the war in Kosovo in the late 1990's. Our media published a photo of what appeared to be emaciated Bosnians behind a razor wire fence inside a Serbian death camp. here is the picture:

This photo made the American people (as evinced through polls) want to attack Serbia, and to view Slobodan Milosevic as "The New Hitler." The problem is, the photographer was the one inside the fence, the crowd was free and just curious about the media being there. The emaciated man on the left was a tuberculosis victim.
The camp was set up by the Serbian government to AID refugees! Didn't stop our government from using the existence of this photo over and over again as a justification for the US being involved...

Now let's move backward in time only a few years before Kosovo, to the first Persian Gulf war. The following photo is from the testimony of a Kuwaiti girl who supposedly saw Iraqi soldiers flinging Kuwaiti babies out of incubators:

Here's the problem:
a) She was the daughter of the Kuwaiti ambassador to the US, and was in the US at the time of the supposed "baby flinging."
b)it has been proven she was "coached" in the testimony by American PR firm Hill and Knowleton. Yet President Bush Sr. cited the flinging of the babies as one of the reasons we had to go to war...

And finally, let's go to the mother of them all: the JFK assassination.
The following photograph was supposedly taken from the garage of the house where Lee Harvey Oswald lived:

The above photograph, published on the cover of Life magazine a few days after the assassination, convinced the American public of Oswald's guilt. Here he was in a photo with the murder weapon. Proof, right? Well no... If you read what I wrote on the actual picture you'll see this is an example of photographic psychological warfare. Besides the flaws pointed out in the photo itself, you might notice it is the same face superimposed over a body which does not match. Please note the difference in the size of the bodies, but not the size of the heads...
All that is necessary to make the subconscious mind remember something FOREVER is to reveal the information for a second to a second and a half. Your brain can absorb whole pages of information in this time. Most corporate commercials get their message out in the first second through symbolism, color, or any number of other known suggestion tools, because they know this is when the most important imagery and sound will be absorbed.
Everybody has a photographic memory---most of us just don't know how to use it. That's why you sometimes feel when you learn something new that you've always known it...
The trick for a tyrant is to get the lie out there as soon as possible. The sooner it's out there, the less chance one's subconscious has of being influenced by alternative views.
Once the lie is out there, the debate over its authenticity doesn't matter, because the damage has already been done. Most people don't investigate anything at all. In fact, they consider "researching" something to be watching the same news channel's reporting on an issue for a week or two in order to see how it "evolves." So when you tell them the correct information which you've actually researched, they won't even consider believing you, because it didn't come from their source of information. Therefore, it doesn't really matter that people like me and many many others research and debunk mainstream media lies, because all those who do NOT investigate already had their subconscious invaded by the first thing they saw on the matter, and their mind is made up! The best we can hope for is to appeal to their native logic...

Over and over again the corporate media has been shown to use faked photos to guide the sheep down the slaughterhouse tunnel to the stun gun at the end of the line. There is little more sad than seeing an old man or woman sadly observing what's happened to their world, wondering what could have possibly gone wrong. Where did the trust in our neighbors go? When our parents were kids, the adults in the neighborhood helped each other. Now they fear each other.
When I was a kid, the street I grew up on used to have block parties two or three times a year. My parents still live on the same street, but there are barely any kids on the block anymore, because young families can't afford to live in my parents' meager middle class neighborhood anymore. They have to wait until they're retired or the kids are out of the house to be able to afford a $600,000 house in my parents' neighborhood when my parents bought their house in 1978 for $150,000...

"Our" media will present the Environmental Protection Agency as the alternative to the oil-soaked hegemony in DC. But who created the EPA? Oh yeah....Richard Nixon!! The same person who nailed the last nail in the coffin of the USA by throwing the gold standard out the window! And the only reason the EPA was created in the first place was to USE OUR PUBLIC LAND AS COLLATERAL ON DEBTS TO FOREIGN BANKS!!
So now, as a result, most public government land is owned by foreigners or even the UN! Don't believe me? Go to your nearest national park, to the visitor's center, and check out the plaque that reads "Official International Biosphere Reserve." This is the UN's project, their symbol is on the sign, and this means they own it. And this is how we protect the environment on the new global plantation!!

The word "media" itself is derived from the word "Medes," which describes those who lived in the country of Media, or Medea about 1500-2000 years ago. The Medes were the only non-semitic people to rule Iran in the long history of that country. Interesting, no?
The Medes were adept at manipulation, and kings from around the world employed their propaganda-like techniques of fooling and enslaving populations for their own purposes. The Medes were basically known for exporting state manipulation. They conquered a huge chunk of the middle east at one point, and they were not known as a "nice" people...
Maybe we should start researching what certain words truly mean, and why they were chosen to represent what they represent...
The word media itself has a bad connotation. Other words derived from "medes" you may want to ponder--"mediator" "medium" "medic."
I'm just sayin'...

The United States Corporation: Inside the Numbers, part 2

The United States Corporation: Inside the Numbers, part 2

Evaluation

It is obvious to anybody with a brain that the departments listed above have failed the American people miserably. They are a huge physiological, psychological, and economic burden on the people. The names of the departments represent the finest tact in the art and science of doublespeak. It's time for a reassessment of priorities, America.

Annual Operating Income

Now that we have had a closer look at the major departments of the United States, let's turn our attention to the financing sources for these departments. The main sources of income for the United States is 1) individual income tax, 2) corporate income tax, and 3) excise taxes. Individual income tax is by far the driver for the conducting of official government business. It accounts for $1.9 trillion as of fiscal year end 2006, and 75% of total revenues. Corporate income tax is a distant second providing $350 billion, or 14% of operating income. Excise taxes account for only $74 billion of revenues. Overall income for 2006 was $2.4 trillion, which is less than the $2.9 trillion in costs; resulting in nearly $500 billion in deficit spending for the period.

About income taxes

As mentioned above, Title 26 of the United States Code deals with instructions for calculating and filing income taxes. But the code is not positive law, and thus not the law of the land. It is a form of private contract law and until it becomes public, it is not an official law of the land. As such, individuals are not required to do anything, but can voluntarily contract with, or donate to, anyone of their choosing; with the exception of treasonous criminals of the Constitution of course. As the explanation of the legality of income taxes is far beyond the scope of this article, I will just say that for most American born Citizens ("nationals" 2 i.e., persons born within one of the 50 states and a national to that state, not a "national of the United States"14 are not liable for the payment of income taxes, but do so voluntarily. For more on income taxes, please visit www.famguardian.org or www.voluntarytax.info. Below is the argument that helped me realize that I was reporting "net" income which I really did not have, in essence donating money which I solely owned free and clear of any liens.

"Our labor is our property, and so a tax on labor would be a tax on property and a "direct tax" within the meaning of the Constitution. The laborer does not receive labor from another source, he is the source. If you picked up a rock and sold it for $5 then you would have income of $5, as you had a cost of $0 for the rock. You can not separate the laborer from the labor. Labor is not something which the laborer picks up, it is of the laborer. The idea that a person has zero cost in the labor they sell is a flawed idea embraced by the IRS. For a person to have zero cost in the labor they sell, there has to be capital that can accrue and grow. There is no capital involved in selling ones own labor, as the labor is the capital." 15

The amount of tax income collected by the United States government increased by over 9% from the amount collected in 2005. This is a pretty significant jump. Corporate income taxes increased by almost 30%. The big rise in corporate income taxes implies that corporations are continuing to be profitable, and can thus donate more money to the government. The increase in individual taxes would more than likely be from the corporate CEOs, and other senior management, reaping the benefits of their companies' success, as well as from the profits paid out to investors as dividends. These rich elitists are very small in number and have major influence on the government and its policies via their tax contributions. As the chart below shows, there clearly is an aristocracy in the U.S. where the top 5% of individuals are making 33% of the income in this country, and paying 57% of the taxes. 16

As the median income per household for the year 2006 was $48,201 ($26,036 per individual) 17, the increase in income tax revenue is not likely from the average American, as illustrated in this chart showing the percent distribution of individuals per income group:

Although the increase in taxes most likely comes from the wealthier individuals in the country, the working middle class still adds a significant share to the amount of individual income taxes collected by the government. The wealth and taxes chart above detailing tax distribution by income level is somewhat misleading and creates the impression that the working class contributes very little to the tax revenues. The bottom third of Americans (two-thirds of the bottom 50% on the income distribution chart above) receive tax refunds via the Earned Income, and Child Tax credits, thus reducing the amount of taxes paid for the group as a whole. The upper-third, or individuals earning over $40,000 generally have positive tax contributions.

The question Americans have to ask themselves is are they contracting with the government to provide a service, and if so is that service worth the amount paid in exchange for it. Obviously the wealthy corporate interests in this country have benefited handsomely over the policies of the government and, as such, have every incentive to assure that government continues to operate as is. But have the majority of Americans benefited from these government services? Based on the analysis of the cost centers above, I would think the answer is no. If we reduced the top three "black holes of spending" mentioned above by 90%, this would free up $1.6 trillion dollars in costs. The size of these departments would be comparable to other government departments, and the American people would have much more wealth in their pockets. Wouldn't it be nice to have 15% of your income refunded to you? And on top of that, 7.65% (15.3% if self employed) of FICA taxes refunded as well? By voluntarily contributing to government in the form of income taxes, you are indirectly saying that you approve of the services that are being offered. They can engage in no activity without the resources to support it. The working class collectively does have a voice, as it provides a significant share of tax revenues.

The Balance Sheet (Assets and Liabilities)

Assets

The biggest asset the government has on the books is it's property, plant and equipment (this is mostly real estate). PPE is valued at $689 billion, constituting 46% of total assets. The PPE number consists of $362 billion in equipment attributed to the Department of Defense, accounting for half of its total, and just under 25% of total government assets. Yes you read correctly, our government has one-fourth of its assets in the form of military equipment. Real property (land and buildings) account for 10% of total assets. The other major assets are inventories, and loans receivable (including student and electric loans), together accounting for one-third of the government's assets. Total assets grew by 3.4% from 2005 to 2006 to $1.5 trillion.

You're probably wondering how it is that the biggest asset is military equipment? It's very odd to see this number dwarf the real property number as it does. Our military definitely has the most technologically advanced equipment on the market, but the number seems slightly high. In any event, I was wondering how the military accounts for its soldiers. Per the enlistment contract it is clear that soldiers fit the military definition of equipment. 18 In traditional terms they look more like indentured servants, or that of a vassal pledging military service to a feudal lord in exchange for room and board. It is sad that we own so much in the way of military, but as a country we have long term investments accounting for only 5% of total assets.

Liabilities

The liabilities owed by the government total $10.4 trillion. This represents 6 times the amount of assets on the books, and an increase of over 5% from the previous year's total liability amount. It is also 4 times the amount of revenue generated for the year. The biggest component of liability is debt securities held by the public. The amount held by the public at large is $4.9 trillion. Federal employee and veteran benefits are the other significant debt pieces, representing $4.7 trillion. These numbers are very significant as each individually dwarf the total assets of the United States government. With no investments on the books, these amounts are essentially not payable unless the government can find a another source of income. This of course does not include social security, Medicare, and other retirement benefits promised by the U.S. Include these amounts and you have a unfathomable amount of over $50 trillion. With increases in taxes or cuts to programs, the social security promises would be defaulted on easily. The social security debt has been growing at a rate of over 10% a year since 2002 per the GAO's unaudited numbers, and the growth gets exponentially bigger with each passing year. The debt to government employees and veterans would also get thrown to the wayside. The debt owed to foreigners could be managed somewhat, but eventually it's management would prove futile as well as giving away the government's financial outlook.

Economics: The Real Danger

As grim as the picture above appears, it's still incomplete as accounting has its limitations. Although the numbers are usually pretty accurate, accounting gives you a snap shot of an entity's financial picture at any given moment in time. It tells the present, but provides nothing as to why the present is the way it is, or where the present is headed. Accounting also assumes stable fixed variable inputs. For instance, the value of the numbers being reported on is for the most part to remain fixed into perpetuity.

Because of these limitations, an economic analysis needs to be done to provide relevant information to those inquiring. Economics is dynamic, while accounting is static. This is a plus to economics but the drawback is that it entails managing several inputs which are all intertwined, and the inputs are not stable. It's actually best when coupled with accounting data.

So speaking economically, if we look more closer at the national debt amount of $10.4 trillion, it looks less frightening when compared to the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of the U.S. The GDP is simply the amount of goods and services produced by a country in a given period. The U.S. has by far the biggest GDP of any country (excluding the European Union which is about the equal to the U.S. GDP) at $13.2 trillion. Japan is second with GDP of $4.4 trillion. 19 All of the world's wealth is still in the good ol' US of A. But GDP is the nation's wealth, not the government's. However, when evaluating the credit of a nation, as opposed to looking at it's debt to asset ratio, creditor nations will focus on the debt to GDP ratio. This is done under the premise that the government can nationalize all of the assets in the country to make good on the debt. In other words, the government's debt becomes our debt. The debt of the U.S. is 65% of GDP. 20 This places it as the fifth highest among the top ten nations with the highest GDP (actually the true debt percentage is 72%, which would rank the U.S. third in highest GDP) as this source cites old data. If we only include the debt owed to foreigners and exclude the debt to federal employees, the amount is only 37% of GDP. The debt, in and of itself is manageable, assuming of course that the GDP value (stable value, not growth per se) is relatively constant. This stability depends mostly on the stability of the dollar.

It All Rides on the Dollar

As we all know, money is the life-blood of any economy. Its stability is actually more important than its worth. Just the right amount is needed, equally matching the GDP figure, or the amount of goods and services in the economy. Too much causes inflation, too little causes stagnation. Money's stability, among other things, is highly dependent on the exchange rate between currencies and the appreciation/depreciation against each over time. As of the time of this writing, of the top 10 countries with the highest GDP, the U.S. Dollar's value was on par with the Canadian dollar, 116 times the Japanese Yen, nearly 8 times the Chinese Yuan, almost twice the Brazilian Real, three quarters the value of the Euro, and half the value of the British Pound.

The above exchange rates represent the strength of the currencies, but the more important number is how stable have the currencies been against each other. Too much growth or decline is not good, but the decline is usually much more fatal as it leads to inflation. In the 6 year period from 2000 through 2006, the dollar appreciated against only one currency, the Brazilian Real by 18.4%. It has devalued by 4.9% against the Euro, 3.3% against the British Pound, and remained on par with the Japanese Yen, Chinese Yuan (the Chinese pegged their currency value to the dollar for political reasons), and the Canadian Dollar. 21 The appreciation against the Brazilian Real is due to the tremendous economic instability of the country by a fiscally irresponsible government. But it appears they have since weathered the storm. 22

As bad as the numbers above are, in respect to the European countries, 2007 has proved to be an absolute disaster for the dollar. It seems the War with Iraq, the housing market disaster, illegal immigration, and record deficit spending is starting to take its toll on the economy. In this year alone, with the exception of the Japanese Yen, the dollar has depreciated against every currency named above. It depreciated by 46% against the Brazilian Real. This is in large part to Brazil getting their act together as opposed to the dollar's poor performance. But against the Canadian Dollar, the dollar has declined by more than a third, by 13% against the Euro, 12% against the Chinese Yuan (this despite the Chinese partial pegging to the dollar), and 10% against the British Pound. These declines are massive and are reflective of an unstable economy.

To put the above in the context, an unstable economy incites inflation. But when inflation gets out of control, you have hyperinflation. Basically what happens is the prices rise as the economy tries to protect itself from the excess money supply. This in turns increases GDP, which is a good thing as far as the debt/GDP ratio is concerned, but in times of inflation, debtors gain and creditors lose. However, when inflation is too high to the point where you can't even keep up with it (i.e., going to the store for a loaf of bread and the price increases while you're in route to the store), the economy tanks. GDP shoots up like a rocket, then rapidly collapses. The GDP number decreases because consumption stops as merchants fair better by holding on to their real assets, investing stops for the same reason: because internal commerce has stopped. Imports are at a halt as countries can't rely on their currency, and exports are stifled too because internal trade has stopped. The situation can be compared to a river dam breaking, thus flooding the area, and then subsequently the entire river drying up. This is the situation we find ourselves in today. Our moronic President had this to say recently:

"I think I got a B in Econ 101. I got an A however in keeping taxes low, and being fiscally responsible with the people's money."

Whatever the President is doing, it sure isn't great economics. It looks more to me like he got a "B" in the Evil CON 101 and an "A" as in Actor for creating the illusion that he's keeping taxes low. Inflation is a hidden tax and it is definitely fiscally irresponsible. America's hope rests in getting that clown and the rest of his crew out of government, and electing someone who actually has respect for the American People's money. That man is Ron Paul, one who would stabilize our economy and bring it back to its glory days.

General Overview

With the recent talks of the dollar's strength diminishing against key currencies worldwide by the likes of people like Alan Greenspan, the housing market fiasco, billion dollar put options investments, the raising of the debt shield, as well as the verbal economic war with China and it's potential use of the "nuclear option" against the U.S., I decided to personally dig through the financial statements of the United States Government/Corporation, as of fiscal year ending September 2006, and see first hand just how bad things have really gotten.
I must say, being an accountant and former auditor, upon looking at the financials my face literally cringed. This is a classic case of a company well into the stages of financial distress. We are not becoming stressed, we're already stressed and have been for some time now. Any logical company will not do business with a company in distress as they can be foreclosed on at any time by their creditors. The largest creditor nations of the United States are 1) Japan at about $612 billion, and 2) China with about $420 billion 1. These two countries alone own 20% of the total U.S. debt.

I observed something rather peculiar when combing through the financials. I noticed that the United States has received a disclaimer opinion on its financial statements for the tenth straight year from it's auditor, the Government Accountability Office (GAO). For those that don't know, a disclaimed opinion equals no opinion. When an auditor disclaims an opinion, they are saying that not enough information is available to them to rule either favorably, or unfavorably on the financial statements. As an investor, would you invest in a company whose auditors have not issued an opinion on it's financial condition in 10 years? Well, ironically, U.S. Treasury Bills are considered a risk free investment and, as a result, have the lowest yield of any investment in the U.S. stock market. An illustrated summary of the financial health of the government is listed below:

The Cost Centers

The United States government has hundreds of departments and agencies but we will focus our attention on the major departments. The five largest cost centers for the U.S. Government are 1) the Department of Defense, 2) the Department of Health and Human Services, 3) Social Security Administration, 4) interest on Treasury Securities Held by the Public, and 5) the Department of Veteran Affairs. These cost centers account for $2.2 trillion, or just over 75% of the total operating costs for the year; with the top 3 comprising about 20% each of the total costs... It's interesting to note that the interest owed on treasury securities increased by over 20% of the amount for fiscal year 2005, because interest is a derivative of an underlying debt instrument. This means that the national debt has increased as well (more on the national debt later). The Department of Veteran Affairs, on the other hand, experienced a decline of nearly 60% in it's costs from the 2005 level. It appears veterans have suffered a decline in the amounts of benefits and service it receives from the government as a direct result of interest obligations to outside parties.

If we include the top 10 cost centers for the United States, we have a total cost of operations of $2.6 trillion, or just under 90% of the $2.9 trillion dollar total. Of the seemingly infinite depth of the arms of the government, a mere ten of them absorbs nearly all of the costs. The bottom half of the ten cost centers are 6) the Department of Agriculture, 7) the Department of Education, 8 ) the Department of the Treasury, 9) the Department of Transportation, and 10) the Department of Energy. The overall amount of expenditures for 2006 by all government departments and agencies was $2.9 trillion.

About the Departments (i.e., Cost Centers)

For all intents and purposes, the U.S. provides its citizens and nationals, as well as state nationals (state citizens but non-U.S. citizens) 2 with the service of defense from foreign invasion and internal insurrection, the promotion of health and general welfare, and economic security. The question is: are we getting our money's worth? Let's look at each in detail, particularly the mission statement from their websites:

Department of Defense (DOD)

"With our military units tracing their roots to pre-Revolutionary times, you might say that we are America’s oldest company. And if you look at us in business terms, many would say we are not only America’s largest company, but its busiest and most successful." "With over 1.3 million men and women on active duty, and 669,281 civilian personnel, we are the nation's largest employer. Another 1.1 million serve in the National Guard and Reserve forces. About 2 million military retirees and their family members receive benefits." 3

So have they succeeded? Well they were successful in allowing the most deadly attack of terrorism in the world's history to take place on their soil about six years ago... This happened despite the U.S. accounting for 43% of the world's military spending. China and Russia are a distant second, accounting for only 6% each. 4 But is this a good thing, having the toughest military in the world? Not according to James Madison, the country's fourth President, founding father and chief architect of the U.S. Constitution for the United States of America. According to Madison:

"Of all the enemies to public liberty war is, perhaps, the most to be dreaded because it comprises and develops the germ of every other. War is the parent of armies; from these proceed debts and taxes … known instruments for bringing the many under the domination of the few.… No nation could preserve its freedom in the midst of continual warfare."

Unfortunately, the U.S. is not taking heed to the wisdom of Madison's words as illustrated in the chart below. Hopefully those who are responsible for government policy could take notice of these figures and trim all this excess bureaucratic fat from the defense budget.

Department of Health and Human Services (HHS)

THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES is the United States government's principal agency for protecting the health of all Americans and providing essential human services, especially for those who are least able to help themselves.

THE DEPARTMENT INCLUDES MORE THAN 300 PROGRAMS, covering a wide spectrum of activities. Some highlights include:

Health and social science research
Preventing disease, including immunization services
Assuring food and drug safety
Medicare (health insurance for elderly and disabled Americans) and Medicaid (health insurance for low-income people)
Health information technology
Financial assistance and services for low-income families
Improving maternal and infant health
Head Start (preschool education and services)
Faith-based and community initiatives
Preventing child abuse and domestic violence
Substance abuse treatment and prevention
Services for older Americans, including home-delivered meals
Comprehensive health services for Native Americans
Medical preparedness for emergencies, including potential terrorism. 5

So again I'll ask, has this department lived up to the goals of its mission statement? Since we are talking about the health of Americans, I think a close look at some medical statistics would be a very key indicator of that success. According to a group of PhDs:

"The number of unnecessary medical and surgical procedures performed annually is 7.5 million. The number of people exposed to unnecessary hospitalization annually is 8.9 million. The total number of iatrogenic [induced inadvertently by a physician or surgeon or by medical treatment or diagnostic procedures] deaths shown in the following table is 783,936.

It is evident that the American medical system is the leading cause of death and injury in the United States. The 2001 heart disease annual death rate is 699,697; the annual cancer death rate, 553,251." 6

They go on to say that the the industry is responsible for nearly one million deaths, at a cost of about $482 billion. These amounts are in 2001 dollars, which represent 77% of the Department of Health's FY2006 budget. To say that they have erred in providing for the health and welfare of Americans is a gross understatement.

The Food and Drug Administration (FDA), a major agency within HHS, is responsible for the oversight of food and drug safety in the country. The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) is a sister agency and close affiliate. The agencies have failed miserably! The health of Americans has degenerated beyond belief under the watchful eye of these agencies. A key indicator of health of course is the weight of an individual. Beginning in the 1980s, the country saw a rapid rise in the obesity and overweight rates of Americans. The National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) listed below chronicles the increase. 7

As you can see, 64% of Americans were overweight as of the year 2000, with nearly half of these obese, or severely overweight. The number of overweight Americans jumped by 36% in 20 years, corresponding to an annual growth rate of 1.6%. This is an absolute tragedy by any measure. The number of obese Americans more than doubled in this time-frame, with an annual growth rate of about 3.7%. The fact that the obesity growth rate has outpaced that of simply being overweight is evidence that once a person becomes overweight, it becomes much easier to continue in a downward spiral in relation to overall health.

Social Security Administration (SSA)

The Social Security Administration's mission is to advance the economic security of the nation’s people through compassionate and vigilant leadership in shaping and managing America's Social Security programs. 8

U.S. citizens all have a social security ID number and are strongly advised to pay of their salary, 6.2% for social security, and 1.45% for Medicare to be reaped upon their retirement. These withholdings of earnings (FICA taxes) are held in trust by the United States on behalf of its citizens. So let's evaluate the trustees and see if they have been in compliance with their fiduciary duty to it's beneficiaries.

As of 2006, the excess of expenditures over revenues, was nearly $6.5 trillion. The annual deficits of the program have increased at a rate of 9% since 2002. The numbers reflect the 75 year plan and include future nominal revenues and expenditures through the year 2080 discounted to their present value. Medicare (Part A, the version most citizens contribute to via wage withholdings), which is technically administered by the Department of Health, is in even worse shape with a 2006 deficit amount of $11.3 trillion. The enormity of the numbers can be attributed to the baby boomer generation nearing retirement age. The year 2007 will be the start of an exponential trend upward in the difference between beneficiaries for social security benefits, and the labor force that will be contributing to the trust fund. The year 2017 is the first year where projected payments to beneficiaries will exceed contributions from the current workforce. I must add that the GAO is predicting a long-term "real" wage increase of about 50% higher than the projected CPI. This despite the fact that real wages have been declining since 1964. 9 This means they are expecting nominal wages to out-pace inflation in the long run. If you assume that the two are equal, then the 2017 date of expenditures exceeding revenues will be much sooner. Listen to a video interview of David Walker, the current Comptroller General for the Government Accountability Office (GAO), the nation's top accountant and the federal government's auditor, describing the ensuing crisis of social security and Medicare brought about through "fiscal irresponsibility."

I'm not sure about you but this sounds like yet another failed government program to me. The beneficiaries of Social Security and Medicare, the general working public, are contributing to a fund that will not be able reimburse him in the far future. The FICA employment taxes have effectively overtaxed the middle and lower class of citizens with its cap on income subject to social security taxes to just under $100,000. Seeing as this is a dead program, a good idea would probably be to cut your losses and withdraw from the plan altogether. Participants should tell the United States government they no longer wish to voluntarily contribute to a plan that provides them no benefits. Title 48, as well as Title 26 concerning the Internal Revenue Code, is not public law, but private contract law which makes it voluntary. Furthermore, nationals (not to be confused with "national of the united states") are not the intended beneficiaries of the program. 10 "To qualify for these benefits, most American workers pay Social Security taxes on their earnings; future benefits are based on the employees' contributions." 11 Withdrawing from the trust fund will afford you an increase in income of the 7.65%, 15.3% for self employed individuals, that you have been essentially unconditionally donating. Who wouldn't want a 15% raise? Pull your money out of this house of straw and do with it as you wish.

Department of Veteran Affairs (VA)

"Our goal is to provide excellence in patient care, veterans' benefits and customer satisfaction. We have reformed our department internally and are striving for high quality, prompt and seamless service to veterans. Our department's employees continue to offer their dedication and commitment to help veterans get the services they have earned. Our nation's veterans deserve no less." "Of the 25 million veterans currently alive, nearly three of every four served during a war or an official period of hostility. About a quarter of the nation's population -- approximately 70 million people -- are potentially eligible for VA benefits and services because they are veterans, family members or survivors of veterans." 12

A look at the numbers reveals that, although the VA (Department of Veteran Affairs) is the 5th largest cost center for the United States, its budget is just under 4% of the total annual operating expenditures of the government. According to Wikipedia:

"VA's budget—which has always been sparse—has been pushed to the limit in recent years by the War on Terrorism.[2] In December 2004, it was widely reported that VA's funding crisis had become so severe that it could no longer provide disability ratings to veterans in a timely fashion....VA's backlog of pending disability claims under review (a process known as "adjudication") peaked at 421,000 in 2001, and bottomed out at 254,000 in 2003, but crept back up to 340,000 in 2005." 13

The War on Terrorism noted above caused a priority shift on the part of our government. The War on Terror has resulted in record annual deficit spending since its commencement in 2003. This has resulted in an annual increase in our cost of borrowing. The 2006 interest payment amount of $222 billion on the national debt represents an increase over the prior year's payment by 22%. In this same period, the VA funding has plunged by a whopping 58%!

So what does it mean? It means if you go off to war to risk your life and limb for the benefit of your country, then your country-the United States Corporation's political administrators-will not return the favor. So quite simply, do not enlist in a combat career with a government that will make promises it can't deliver on...

"Total Recall" and "The Princess Bride"- propaganda or exposure?

Comparing "Total Recall" and "The Princess Bride"- propaganda or exposure?

by Brandon Dean

"I hired you to help me start a war. It's a prestigious line of work with a long and glorious tradition!"
---Vizzini, from The Princess Bride

"Life is pain, highness--anyone who tells you differently is trying to sell you something."
---the dread Pirate Roberts, from The Princess Bride

"No wonder you're having nightmares-you're always watching the news."
----Lori Quaid, from Total Recall

(note the pyramid with the rising sun behind it and a blue
Mars about a third (33) of the way up the pyramid and off the horizon)

If you haven't seen either one of these films, I highly recommend The Princess Bride, and I sort of recommend Total Recall for the plot, not for the quality of film making.
A (sort of) quick synopsis:

The Princess Bride:
The story starts off on a farm in medieval times in the country of Florin. The word "florin" has multiple meanings, all pretty much involving money. The original currency known as a florin was Italian, but the British use a silver florin. The country of Florin in The Princess Bride is an allegory for Britain.
Their enemy "on the other side of the Florin [English] channel," is a country called Guilder, which is an allegory for France. The word "guilder" is an old word meaning someone who attends a guild. Guilds have served different purposes throughout history. They have traditionally been the predecessor of workers' unions, masters of different trade craft.
To get straight to the point, guilds were exactly equivalent to modern day unions. Both have the potential of being benign organizations, though both are, were, and have always been completely corrupt.
I don't think I need to cite a modern example; Everyone knows the mafia infiltrated the unions all over this country early in the 20th century, and the mafia was in collusion with the government; Jimmy Hoffa, anyone?
There is a great and well-known example of how corrupt the guilds of ancient Rome were. Namely, the firefighters' guild of Rome, who were basically government terrorists. They would pay people to go around and start fires in the homes of political opponents, and make the opponents pay them to put the fire out, or else let the house or business burn to the ground. Wow...
This message is in The Princess Bride if you can see it.

So... Getting back to Princess Bride:
Back on the farm, Westley the farm boy (the "west" has always symbolically represented progress) falls in love with the farmers' daughter Buttercup. When he grows up, he decides he must see the world and aquire success deserving of Buttercup's hand.
While sailing the ocean seeking his fortune, a boat Wesley is on is attacked by the dread Pirate Roberts, who leaves "no survivors."
Westley manages to survive by pleading with Roberts, who sees the passion in his eyes, and is somehow moved by this to spare his life.
Westley spends the next few years on board the pirate ship. One day Roberts pulls him aside and explains that he himself is not the real dread Pirate Roberts, but that he had been in a similiar situation as Westley, and the Roberts before him had given him the same speech.
Now he wanted to make Westley the new dread Pirate Roberts so he could retire. So Westley became Roberts.
Meanwhile, Prince Humperdinck of Florin (whose name was inspired by the German composer Humperdinck, who composed the fairy tale opera "Hansel and Gretel" among many other things) decides for some reason he has to start a war with Guilder, and he hires an agent provocateur named Vizzini to help him do it.

Prince Humperdinck needed a new wife to complete his plan, and being that he had the right to marry any "maiden" (worker) in the land, he chose Buttercup, the most beautiful he could find. She did not love him, but mourned her lost Westley, whom she thought was dead after hearing of the attack on his ship.
So Vizzini kidnaps Buttercup, and takes her by ship across Florin Channel to Guilder with the intention of killing her on the Guilder frontier, thus fixing the blame on Guilder itself (government-sponsored terrorism).
Westley, however, has somehow heard of this plan, and he chases Vizzini and his two counterparts across the channel and into Guilder, eventually recovering Buttercup and killing Vizzini in the process.

The prince, on the "chase" of Vizzini, discovers Vizzini dead, and then catches the two reunited lovers.
He has Westley thrown in the Pit of Despair, where he is tortured to death.
Westley is rescued however by Vizzini's two counterparts. Westley had spared both their lives in pursuit of Buttercup, and they felt he could help them kill the man who killed one their fathers at the same time as saving Princess Buttercup from being married to Humperdinck, who now plans to murder his new bride on their wedding night and blame it on Guilder.
Anyhow, Westley is brought back from the dead by Miracle Max, and they successfully storm the castle, killing the father-murderer, and saving Buttercup from being killed.

Total Recall:
Douglas Quaid is a new brand of Manchurian Candidate. His real name is Hauser, and he is a super-secret agent for the horrendously corrupt governor of the Mars Federal Colony, Vilos Cohaagen.

note the narcissistic messiah imagery displayed by the Quaid character

Quaid volunteers to have his memory wiped in order to penetrate the army of the rebellious mutants who live on Mars, who were actually made mutants because of Cohaagen's withholding of oxygen, and because Cohaagen would not build proper domes to block the UV rays of the sun for the poorer sectors of the colony. (that's not allegory, right?)
Hauser as Quaid is planted on Earth with a wife and a job until Cohaagen is ready to activate his plan for Quaid, which is to infiltrate and kill the leader of the rebel movement on mars, Cuoto. He is given a fake memory as Quaid, although he is never at peace with this, and feels he is called for some reason to go to Mars, although it is swamped with war and violence.
He randomly sees a commercial for a company called "Rekall", which implants false memories of vacations into people's brains to make them think they went on an exotic vacation to wherever they want, for much cheaper than the cost of actually going to the same place.
He decides since his wife (implanted by "the agency" to watch his progress) does not want to go to Mars, he will take a virtual vacation.
When he gets the implant however, there is a problem. The doctor implanting the memory inadvertantly uncaps his old memories, and Quaid wakes up as Hauser freaking out and blabbing about his role on Mars.
Since he is constantly monitored, this instantly alerts a crew of secret agents that he is a traitor and needs to be killed, so they start trying to kill him.
Quaid manages to get to Mars via normal transportation, and eventually meets Cuoto, believing himself with his new persona (given to him by Cohaagen) to actually be against Cohaagen, and he convinces the mutant rebels of the same. This of course leads Cohaagen directly to the elusive Cuoto.
But Hauser perserveres as Quaid, and betrays his former alliances in order to save the mutants and regular denizens of the Mars colony. He discovers what has always been suspected or even known by the mutants, which is that in one of the mines (which produced some sort of chemical for a war back on Earth, and was therefore very valuable) the government had discovered a huge machine made by ancient aliens which would unleash the core of Mars, which was made of ice, and therefore water. Cohaagen knew (or suspected) this would bring life to the planet, but he also knew (or suspected) this would be the end of the chemical which made Mars worth colonizing for his company, which was one in the same as the government. Sound familiar...?

In any case Quaid saves the planet by activating the "defrosting" machine the aliens left behind. The planet almost instantly develops an atmosphere and a blue sky.

Here is an example of state-sponsored terrorism:

This is Dreden, Germany, where during World War II anywhere from 35,000 to 135,000 german citizens (not military) were firebombed and murdered in their homes in the middle of the night by the American and British governments. There were no military outposts or detachments in the town, and it was of absolutely no strategic significance. The allies did it solely to terrorize the german population into submission. Go USA!
Burnt bodies of children... Burnt bodies of dogs and cows, cats and trees, destroyed beautiful German homes and buildings that had been around for a thousand years. What a fucking shame...

~~~~~~***~~~~~~
What do all these things have in common, and what were the producers of those two films trying to tell us?
Well, in The Princess Bride, the ruler of Florin (Britain) pays a wealthy businessman to start a war with his neighbor. Here in the real world, in 1952-53, the CIA decided to take over the government of Iran, and they did so by spreading flyers claiming the democratically elected leader of Iran, Mosadeq, was a communist in league with the Russians, and an atheist. Well the predominantly Muslim country didn't like this at all.
Then, a bunch of "extremists," hired of course by the CIA and British Intelligence, started going around murdering religious leaders and claiming to represent Mosadeq.
Just like Vizzini leaving a shred of cloth from the uniform of a Guilder soldier on Princess Buttercup's horse before shooing it back to the castle after she was kidnapped.
Mosadeq died in prison...
In Total Recall, the government of Mars pays a lowly mutant cab driver to infiltrate his own people, therefore betraying Quaid and the resistance.
In Germany after the burning of the Reichstag (parliament) building in Berlin, the Nazis plucked a manchurian candidate out of one of their mental hospitals and left him naked on the street bleeding from his head, screaming about how he'd started the fire, and how he was a communist.
So Hitler enacted the equivalent of the Patriot Act, giving himself dictatorial powers to avoid "the threat of communism."
The Princess Bride was directed by Rob Reiner, who is an editor of the Huffington Post, which is a leftist news organization funded by other questionable organizations.
One can only ponder whether it was a subliminal way to teach people about our true history of government-sponsored terrorism, or a way to desensitize the public to the idea itself. It is up for debate, but I think I can present a couple examples which point toward the film being a subversive way of awakening the people, and is therefore an asset to freedom.
1) The evil pirate spares the lives of the criminal swordsman and the slow giant because both displayed compassion in saving his life before he bested them at arms and spared their lives in return. This lesson is way too valuable for the banksters to let that slip in if this was truly a propaganda piece.
2)Rob Reiner wasn't always a fat rich asshole who wanted to take away our freedom by putting taxes on cigarettes while he courted heart disease by scarfing down scones and apple fritters. He was quoted once upon a time as saying "Everybody talks about wanting to change things and help and fix, but ultimately all you can do is fix yourself. And that's a lot. Because if you can fix yourself, it has a ripple effect.."
And he's right. This is very powerful insight into reality. I'm not saying Rob Reiner is a spiritual guru; what I'm saying is he's a shrewd businessman with a philosophical way of looking at things, and he has been corrupted by his wealth into thinking he has a mission to accomplish, but I don't think he works for the Illuminati.
3)Those who perpetrate the state-sponsored terrorism in the film are presented as inbred, stuck-up, morally defective royals, and there is an obvious glorification of the plight of the poor, and the beauty of life itself without politics or need of money. The overall message is: love is the answer to life's problems, and true love will conquer all. That mixed with the exposure of government sponsored terrorism leads me to believe Rob Reiner was actually aware of what he was doing, and was trying to expose the Illuminati's age-old technique of control, as opposed to him trying to manipulate the public in some way with the film.
"Death can't stop true love" ----the dread Pirate Westley
Total Recall, however, is an entertaining yet obvious piece of government propaganda. The pyramid in the picture above shows you everything you need to know. There is one three second shot of a pyramid in the film, and therefore the pyramid on the release posters and the DVD cover are incongruent with the film, and thrown in without a seeming purpose. The pyramid is, however, an age-old symbol of the control of the Illuminati, with the rising sun behind it representing the rising of the the "illuminated (enlightened) ones."
At the end of Total Recall, you're still not sure whether the whole story actually happened, or whether it only occured in Quaid's mind.
The film is based on a Phillip K. Dick story called "We can Remember it for you Wholesale." Although Phillip K. Dick is on the good side, and was trying to expose what's really going on through all of his fiction, the producers of Total Recall bent the message to their own needs.
We see through the symbology in Total Recall a messiah/superman figure, who chooses to deny his wicked ways in order to bring a glorious new day, or a "new order" of things to Mars while outwardly serving the higher purpose of compassion, overcoming all the odds. This is one of the stated ways the Illuminati has always planned to infiltrate our society. They've actually written it down for Christ's sake...
One of the producers of Total Recall, Buzz Feitshans, also produced the following films, among others:
Shadow Conspiracy, 1997 (!!!!!)
all of the Rambo films
Extreme Prejudice, 1987
Uncommon Valor, 1983
Act of Vengeance, aka the Rape Squad, aka The Violater, 1974 (!!!!!)
I'm just sayin...
Arnold Schwarzenegger's father was a Nazi commissioned officer. One of Arnold's favorite poses as a competion body-builder was reminiscent of his devotion to his father's legacy:
I could go on and on about Schwarzenegger's narcissistic, hateful, womanizing history, but I think just the fact that he was the star of the film, he was a huge star already, AND HE FUNDED THE FILM, thus him having considerable influence over aspects of the film is enough to make the film suspect. Arnold attends the Bohemian Grove in northern California, where the elite of the entire world perform ancient babylonian rituals to stop caring about what we "profane" care about and to do mock-human sacrifices to Sumerian demons while claiming to be the moral and political leaders of our world. That's not suspicious...
I believe Total Recall is meant to desensitize us to the already-known fact that mind control exists. Yet in the story itself, by Phillip K. Dick, you can't help but feel the humanity seeping through. Dick's message can truly be seen as this: "the conspiracy is huge, but we can fight it individual by individual, no matter what we did or believed in the past."
The message of the film is "Fantasize about helping humanity, but you don't want your eyes to bulge out of your head, and you're not Arnold, so give it up." You can see this in the fact that we don't even know if the story happens at all, or is just a fantasy of Quaid. It leaves the question: "Is the conspiracy real, or are you just crazy, and imagining all of this?"
The film also inadvertantly portrays another thing Dick was exposing (no pun intended--really Smiley ), which was the fact that there is an inherent genetic memory which can totally recall our entire bloodlines' histories, given the right guidance. Our genetic memory is physically perceived at this time as "wisdom," which is simply the re-awakening of the lessons already learned by our ancestors through experience. Have you ever felt when you learned something new that you've always known it, and had no way to put it into words until now?
This is your genetic memory saying you already knew it, and you do already know everything you're going to learn in your life. You just have to realize it, or become enlightened (illuminated).
So another lesson learned:
Question everything you're told, and that means EVERYTHING...
Because you'll find that one thing you may feel badly about is actually good for you, or another thing you always thought was good for you is actually bad. Which is which is up for you to decide..
"I, like the arch-fiend, bore a hell within me, and finding myself unsympathized with, wished to tear up the trees, spread havoc and destruction around me, and then to have sat down and enjoyed the ruin." --Mary Shelley, from Frankenstein
