11 year old girl found with gun; high school student tasered

6th-grader takes loaded gun to school in Penn Hills
High school student who wouldn't stop using cell phone Tasered
Thursday, June 04, 2009
By Eleanor Chute, Pittsburgh Post-Gazette
A loaded 9mm weapon was confiscated from a sixth-grader at Linton Middle School in Penn Hills today.

And in a second incident, a Penn Hills police officer used a stun gun on a high school student who refused to stop talking on a cell phone and pushed the officer.

At the middle school, a 9mm semi-automatic handgun was found in the swim bag of an 11-year-old girl at the metal detectors this morning.

Penn Hills police Chief Howard Burton said the gun was fully loaded but there was not a bullet in the chamber.

He said the girl had brought her swim bag still containing wet swim clothes from the previous day and said she did not know how the gun got into the bag. The gun turned out to have been reported to state police as stolen from Uniontown.

"At this point in the investigation, we don't believe she knew the gun was in there. She had the bag yesterday swimming, locked it in her locker after swim class, went home last night, threw it in her bedroom, grabbed the bag and went to school," Chief Burton said.

He said she has been removed from school.

At Penn Hills High School this morning, Chief Burton said, a student was walking up and down a hallway, using a cell phone. School policy permits students to have cell phones but not to use them during school except in emergencies, Chief Burton said.

A Penn Hills police officer told him to put the phone away and go to class.

"The kid refused to listen," Chief Burton said. "The officer took him by the arm and said, 'You have to go to the office.' The student resisted, pushed the officer. The officer, defending himself`[against a child], took out his stun gun and did a drive stun."

Chief Burton said a drive stun involves pushing the Taser against a portion of the body and squeezing the trigger, thus immobilizing a portion of the body, such as the leg. He said this affects about a 2- or 3-inch area.

While on the floor, the student was still resisting and was placed in handcuffs, Chief Burton said. The student complained of a headache and dizziness and was taken to Forbes Regional Hospital.

US "rejects" Iranian Presidential Election

what a joke. I can just see the headlines from 2004 and 2008: "Iranian Government Rejects U.S. Election Results..."

U.S. Rejects Iran Election Results, To Investigate

CBS News Timeline: The U.S. And Iran

CBS News Interactive: About Iran

The U.S. on Saturday refused to accept hardline President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad's claim of a landslide re-election victory in Iran and said it was looking into allegations of election fraud.

Any hopes by the Obama administration of gaining a result similar to Lebanon's recent election, won by a Western-backed moderate coalition, appeared to be in jeopardy.

"We are monitoring the situation as it unfolds in Iran, but we, like the rest of the world, are waiting and watching to see what the Iranian people decide," U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton said at a news conference with Canada's foreign affairs minister, Lawrence Cannon.

Minutes after Clinton spoke, the White House released a two-sentence statement praising "the vigorous debate and enthusiasm that this election generated, particularly among young Iranians," but expressing concern about "reports of irregularities."

Despite the challenge from reformist Mir Hossein Mousavi to incumbent Ahmadinejad, many officials and experts thought a Mousavi victory would result in only incremental shifts toward the U.S.

Because real power in Tehran is still wielded by religious leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, some say an Ahmadinejad re-election may make it easier to build an international consensus against Iran.

Administration officials remained silent out of concern that any comments might influence the results. But they were privately hoping for a victory by the more moderate Mousavi.

President Barack Obama's previous overtures include his recent address in Cairo to the Muslim world as well as, earlier, a televised New Year's address to the Iranian people and a series of diplomatic contacts. Officials say Obama's attempts to reach out have gone largely unanswered.

Neither Clinton nor the White House mentioned Ahmadinejad or his chief rival Mousavi, by name, or acknowledged the incumbent's victory declaration.

Iranian authorities reported that Ahmadinejad was re-elected with 62.6 percent of the vote. He called on the public to respect the vote. But Mousavi, a former prime minister who has become the hero of a youth-driven movement seeking greater liberties and a gentler face for Iran abroad, rejected the results and accused authorities of rigging Friday's vote.

Karim Sadjadpour, an Iran analyst at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, said Saturday that Ahmadinejad's claim of a victory puts the Obama administration in a tough position.

"I think it's going to make it incredibly difficult for the Obama administration to acquiesce on Iran's enrichment of uranium when there is a president in Tehran who continues to deny the Holocaust, and continues to be belligerent toward Israel," Sadjadpour said. "I don't see the probability of Ahmadinejad taking a more moderate or conciliatory approach his second time around. Similar to what President Bush said when he was re-elected in 2004, he said, 'I've earned political capital, and now I am going to use it.'"

In brief remarks in Canada, Clinton cited "the enthusiasm and the very vigorous debate and dialogue" in the run-up to the vote. "We obviously hope that the outcome reflects the genuine will and desire of the Iranian people," she said.

Disappointment in the results was summed up by the Anti-Defamation League, which noted Ahmadinejad's history of "extremist allegations and attacks" against Jews and Israel as well as the United States

"We are greatly disappointed by the re-election of Mahmoud Ahmadinejad," the ADL said in a statement. "We had hoped that a different outcome to this election would have sent a message to the international community that Ahmadinejad's incendiary behavior is not reflective of the beliefs and views of the Iranian people. Unfortunately, the result for Iran is likely to be another four years of extremism and isolation."

The election focused on what the office of the Iranian president can influence: boosting Iran's sinking economy, pressing for greater media and political freedoms, and being Iran's main envoy to the world.

Iran does not allow international election monitors. During the 2005 election, when Ahmadinejad won the presidency, there were some allegations of vote rigging from losers, but the claims were never investigated.

14 year old hit by 30,000 mph meteorite

14-year-old hit by 30,000 mph space meteorite

A schoolboy has survived a direct hit by a meteorite after it fell to earth at 30,000mph.

Gerrit Blank survived a direct hit by a meteorite as it hurtled to Earth at more than 30,000 mph

Gerrit Blank, 14, was on his way to school when he saw "ball of light" heading straight towards him from the sky.

A red hot, pea-sized piece of rock then hit his hand before bouncing off and causing a foot wide crater in the ground.
The teenager survived the strike, the chances of which are just 1 in a million - but with a nasty three-inch long scar on his hand.

He said: "At first I just saw a large ball of light, and then I suddenly felt a pain in my hand.

"Then a split second after that there was an enormous bang like a crash of thunder."

"The noise that came after the flash of light was so loud that my ears were ringing for hours afterwards.

"When it hit me it knocked me flying and then was still going fast enough to bury itself into the road," he explained.

Scientists are now studying the pea-sized meteorite which crashed to Earth in Essen, Germany.

"I am really keen on science and my teachers discovered that the fragment is really magnetic," said Gerrit.

Chemical tests on the rock have proved it had fallen from space.

Ansgar Kortem, director of Germany's Walter Hohmann Observatory, said: "It's a real meteorite, therefore it is very valuable to collectors and scientists.

"Most don't actually make it to ground level because they evaporate in the atmosphere. Of those that do get through, about six out of every seven of them land in water," he added.

The only other known example of a human being surviving a meteor strike happened in Alabama, USA, in November 1954 when a grapefruit-sized fragment crashed through the roof of a house, bounced off furniture and landed on a sleeping woman.

James Von Brunn Plays Right Into the Zionist's Hands

Zionists Play the Jews and Blacks versus Whites Card

Brandon Dean
WizardofOswald.com
June 11th, 2009

Last week, President Obama delivered a sorrow-filled and remorseful address in Poland, at one of those supposed World War II "death camps" the Nazis ran. Zionist-written history aside, Obama stressed at one point in the speech that there was an epidemic of "holocaust deniers" in the U.S. and on the internet. CNN then spent the next ten minutes talking to Jewish "experts" on "holocaust denial," of course without having ONE dissenting opinion. That's what I call open debate!

Yesterday, a guy who has claimed to be a white supremacist for decades, but doesn't seem to know anyone except through the internet (one of these people he happened to be in contact with was John De Nugent-a recognized leader of the white separatist movement), walks into the Washington D.C. holohoax museum and blows away, not a JEW, but a BLACK security guard. No jews have died, yet it is being treated by the mainstream press like a new holocaust. That alone should give you some insight into the supposed hollowhoax of World War II. They'll just pretend any old thing is a holocaust.

Glen Beck, the crybaby-for-ratings who in March of this year flip flopped more times in one day regarding FEMA concentration camps than a stack of flapjacks, then gets up on his show and claims that this nutcase was a "hero" of the 911 truth movement.

Glen Beck flip-flopping on FEMA camps in one day

Glen Beck: "this guy is a HERO in the 911 truth community.."

HAHAHAHA Stop it, you dilettante! No one in the "911 truth community" had even heard of von Brunn until he was plastered all over news channels like yours! This lie is just a little over the top, you worm. How in God's name do you sleep at night? Do you tuck your 50 million dollar Fox contract under your pillow to collect your tears of guilt?

Mr. Glen Beck--how does it feel to be the whore of the zionists? Feeling a little, shall we say, "incontinent" lately? Yeah, that happens sometimes when you have money shoved up your ass...

Within two hours of the shooting, CNN had a full 3D diagram of the entire holohoax museum complex, complete with Jewish representatives of the museum, IN THE STUDIO! Gee, how on Earth did that ever happen? I have worked in the 2D and 3D graphics fields, and I happen to know that you can't create an accurate 3D map of an entire multi-acre complex in an hour and a half. Was there a shuttle at the museum to take the "witnesses" straight to the TV studio? Give me a break...

Then the U.S. media starts plastering twenty year old photos of von Brunn all over the place, when the guy's about to keel over from old age and what appears to be alchoholism from the recent photos.

James von Brunn today

von Brunn twenty years ago, as he is being shown in the U.S. media

******

Why were Obama and CNN going on and on about "holocaust deniers?" And why has this shooting of a black man by a senile old man been made out to be an attack against jews?

If von Brunn were part of a white supremacist organization as he's being made out to be, where the hell is the rest of his so-called movement? Backing him up from the internet?

The answer is that this incident is just too convenient to be a coincidence. My prediction is that von Brunn will turn out to be a Manchurian Candidate, just like Sirhan Sirhan and many others. There will be a history of pysch drugs and mental institutions.

This thing looked more staged than 911 to me. I guess time will tell...

Now Playing at the "Holocaust Museum" - The Lone Nut

Now Playing at the "Holocaust Museum" - The Lone Nut

(What a "coincidence"!)

by Michael Hoffman
Copyright©2009 RevisionistHistory.org

Today another "lone nut"has changed the course of history. Like "lone nut" James Earl Ray and "lone nut" Sirhan Sirhan, as well as "lone nuts" Arthur Bremer and Ted Kaczynski, James von Brunn now joins the ranks of the Cryptocracy's hit parade. What a "coincidence"!

With his shooting at the U.S. Holocaust Museum, Von Brunn has reinvigorated the old 20th century Black/Zionist coalition, on the very day when African-American U.S. Attorney General Eric Holder was due to visit the museum to hear a reading of the script of "Anne and Emmett," a play about Anne Frank and Emmet Till. What a "coincidence"!

The author of the "Anne and Emmett" play is Janet Langhart Cohen, the Black wife of former Secretary of Defense William Cohen who directed American forces during the NATO holocaust against the churches, monasteries and people of Christian Serbia in 1999. What a "coincidence"!

Von Brunn has acted a part in the self-fulfilling prophecy of The Holocaust mythos, by reenacting it in miniature. By doing so he will enter the museum's canon of devil goyim who can't seem to resist attacking symbols of Judaic culture and innocence. He has victimized the eternal victims, squaring their vision of themselves as forever hated and perpetually persecuted. What a "coincidence"!

The religion of Orthodox Judaism is designed so as to capitalize on and benefit from any violent attack on it or it adherents. Without such violence from outsiders, attacks are sometimes orchestrated from within.

During the regime of Republican President George W. Bush, the "threat from the extreme Right" was de-emphasized by the Cryptocracy. White crusader golem were needed to support and staff the war in Afghanistan against Muslims, and the war in Iraq against Arabs. With those goals now pretty much accomplished and a Black Democrat in the White House, the powers-that-be seem to have decided to reanimate the "extreme Right wing threat" and raise it back to the marquee bogeyman role it played during the regime of Bill Clinton, when the Oklahoma City Bombing was mounted by a supposed lone nut duo, but which researchers like David Hoffman (no relation to this writer) have reported was a conspiracy deeply connected to the US government itself -- including to such government front groups as the "Aryan Republican Army" bank-robbery gang and "Aryan Nations."

Since Americans are saddled generation after generation with a government-mouthpiece media, the lone nut gambit remains forever young in the eyes of those who are dependent for their news on echo-chamber journalists and talking heads who repeat as gospel whatever officialdom happens to declare about the gunman.

Years later, "when the hurly burly's done and the battle's lost and won," the real conspiracy is usually thawed for public consumption. For example, there are few independent thinkers today who believe that McVeigh and his sidekick single-handedly destroyed the Murrah building, or that Ray Killed Martin Luther King, or that Kaczynski was not a patsy like Lee Harvey Oswald.

For now, however, the alchemical processing cooker is on high as the groundwork for the criminalization of "Holocaust' denial" is being established, and the high priests of Holocaustianity are given renewed pledges of unquestioning obeisance by America's governing class and opinion-moulding elite. As the script thickens its plot line, hysterical idolization of all things Judaic, rabbinic and Israeli approaches vertiginous new heights of fawning subservience.

The 400 children murdered last December and January in Gaza by the descendants of "Holocaust' Survivors," have been deposited in the dustbin of history. There never was and never will be an exhibit at the synagogue-masquerading-as-a-museum about the the horrors of the Israeli holocaust against the Palestinians; but it won't be long before the iconic image of a Black policeman who died defending America's most hallowed Judaic shrine, will earn a perpetual memorial there.

Our masters govern by methods that overrule all documentation and silence all arguments: assassination, stealth, treachery, the doublecross and most of all, the inculcation of the doublemind. Their guarantee of last resort comes courtesy of a bullet fired by a "lone nut" who emerges from obscurity to rescue the Cryptocracy's chestnuts from an impending fire, or secure it victory where it would otherwise experience eclipse. What a "coincidence"!

James von Brunn's six-pointed star will forever shine in the Cryptocracy's lone nut firmament.

Chabad rabbi: Jews should kill Arab men, women and children during war

Chabad rabbi: Jews should kill Arab men, women and children during war
By Nathaniel Popper, The Forward

Like the best Chabad-Lubavitch rabbis, Manis Friedman has won the hearts of many unaffiliated Jews with his charismatic talks about love and God; it was Friedman who helped lead Bob Dylan into a relationship with Chabad.

But Friedman, who today travels the country as a Chabad speaker, showed a less warm and cuddly side when he was asked how he thinks Jews should treat their Arab neighbors.

"The only way to fight a moral war is the Jewish way: Destroy their holy sites. Kill men, women and children (and cattle)," Friedman wrote in response to the question posed by Moment Magazine for its "Ask the Rabbis" feature.
Friedman argued that if Israel followed this wisdom, there would be "no civilian casualties, no children in the line of fire, no false sense of righteousness, in fact, no war."

"I don't believe in Western morality," he wrote. "Living by Torah values will make us a light unto the nations who suffer defeat because of a disastrous morality of human invention."

Friedman's use of phrasing that might seem more familiar coming from an Islamic extremist has generated a swift backlash. The editor of Moment, Nadine Epstein, said that since the piece was printed in the current issue they "have received many letters and e-mails in response to Rabbi Friedman's comments - and almost none of them have been positive."

Friedman quickly went into damage control. He released a statement to the Forward, through a Chabad spokesman, saying that his answer in Moment was "misleading" and that he does believe that "any neighbor of the Jewish people should be treated, as the Torah commands us, with respect and compassion."

But Friedman's words have generated a debate about whether there is a darker side to the cheery face that the Chabad-Lubavitch movement shows to the world in its friendly outreach to unaffiliated Jews. Mordecai Specktor, editor of the Jewish community newspaper in Friedman's hometown, St. Paul. Minnesota, said: "The public face of Lubavitch is educational programs and promoting Yiddishkeit. But I do often hear this hard line that Friedman expresses here."

"He sets things out in pretty stark terms, but I think this is what Lubavitchers believe, more or less," said Specktor, who is also the publisher of the American Jewish World.

"They are not about loving the Arabs or a two-state solution or any of that stuff. They are fundamentalists. They are our fundamentalists."

Abraham Foxman, national director of the Anti-Defamation League and a regular critic of Arab extremists, said that in the Jewish community, "We are not immune to having these views. There are people in our community who have these bigoted, racist views."

But, Foxman warned, Friedman's views are not reflective of the Chabad rabbis he knows. "I am not shocked that there would be a rabbi who would have these views," Foxman said, "but I am shocked that Moment would give up all editorial discretion and good sense to publish this as representative of Chabad."

A few days after anger about the comment surfaced, Chabad headquarters released a statement saying that, "we vehemently disagree with any sentiment suggesting that Judaism allows for the wanton destruction of civilian life, even when at war."

The statement added: "In keeping with Jewish law, it is the unequivocal position of Chabad-Lubavitch that all human life is G-d given, precious, and must be treated with respect, dignity and compassion."

In Moment, Friedman's comment is listed as the Chabad response to the question "How Should Jews Treat Their Arab Neighbors?" after a number of answers from rabbis representing other Jewish streams, most of which state a conciliatory attitude toward Arabs.

Epstein said that Friedman was "brave" for stating his views so clearly.

"The American Jewish community doesn't have the chance to hear opinions like this," Epstein said, "not because they are rare, but because we don't often ask Chabad and other similar groups what they think."

The Chabad movement is generally known for its hawkish policies toward the Palestinians; the Chabad Rebbe, Menachem Mendel Schneerson, rejected peace accords with the Palestinians. Rabbi Moshe Feller, the top Chabad rabbi in Minnesota, said that the rebbe taught that it is not a mitzvah to kill, but that Jews do have an obligation to act in self-defense.

"Jews as a whole, they try to save the lives of others," Feller told the Forward, "but if it's to save our lives, then we have to do what we have to do. It's a last resort."

Friedman is not a fringe rabbi within the Chabad-Lubavitch movement. He was the English translator for the Chabad Rebbe, and at the rebbe's urging, he founded Beis Chana, a network of camps and schools for Jewish women. Friedman is also a popular speaker and writer on issues of love and relationships. His first book, "Doesn't Anyone Blush Anymore?" was promoted with a quote from Bob Dylan, who Friedman brought to meet the rebbe.

On his blog and Facebook page, Friedman's emphasis is on his sympathetic, caring side. It was this reputation that made the comment in Moment so surprising to Steve Hunegs, director of the Jewish Community Relations Council: Minnesota and the Dakotas.

"Rabbi Friedman is a best-selling author who addresses some of the most sensitive issues of the time," Hunegs said. "I intend to call him and talk to him about this."

But Shmarya Rosenberg, a blogger and critic of Chabad who lives a few blocks from Friedman in Minnesota, says that the comment in Moment is not an aberration from his experiences with Friedman and many other Chabad rabbis.

"What he's saying is the standard normal view of a Chabadnik," Rosenberg said. "They just don't say it in public."

For his part, Friedman was quick to modify the statement that he wrote in Moment. He told the Forward that the line about killing women and children should have been in quotes; he said it is a line from the Torah, though he declined to specify from which part. Friedman also said that he was not advocating for Israel to actually kill women and children. Instead, he said, he believed that Israel should publicly say that it is willing to do these things in order to scare Palestinians and prevent war.

"If we took this policy, no one would be killed - because there would be no war," Friedman said. "The same is true of the United States."

Friedman did acknowledge, however, that in self-defense, the behavior he talked about would be permissible.

"If your children are threatened, you do whatever it takes - and you don't have to apologize," he said.

Friedman argued that he is different from Arab terrorists who have used similar language about killing Jewish civilians.

"When they say it, it's genocide, not self-defense," Friedman said. "With them, it's a religious belief - they need to rid the area of us. We're not saying that."

Feller, the Chabad leader in Minnesota, said that the way Friedman had chosen to express himself was "radical."

"I love him," Feller said. "I brought him out here - he's magnificent. He's brought thousands back to Torah mitzvah. But he shoots from the hip sometimes."

penn and teller call BULLSHIT on man made global warming and Al Whore--I mean "Gore"

excerpts from my unpublished book

"Great music, it said, and great poetry would like quieten Modern Youth down and make Modern Youth more civilized. Civilized my siphilised yarbles. Music always sharpened me up, O my brothers, and made me feel like old Bog himself, ready to make with the old donner and blitzen and have vecks and ptitzas creeching away in my ha-ha power."
--Anthony Burgess,
from A Clockwork Orange

I wrote this book of prose and art between the years of 1995 and 1999. I've never had it published because most of the original artwork, which I had scanned and edited with photoshop, were lost on a hard drive about five years ago. some day I'll have enough money to fix the hard drive, but it was almost three years of work, and my dumb ass didn't have it all backed up.

I do have a lot of the art, most of which is posted on my site here. And I do have all of the text--I'm not that retarded--but in any case, here we go....

if you don't like prose, or "poetry," I suggest you just look at the pictures. if you don't like pictures, I suggest you see a therapist. if you just don't like my pictures, then click here... Grin

art and words by Brandon Dean

11:47 and the wind has caught my breath
sleep is certain, seems to be the doorway of my death
I've asked a million questions, all their answers are the same
they scream to believe the fight is just a game
they've introduced us to a hell of senseless law
I'll not forget the agony and suffering I saw

11:56 on a bed of softened bricks
inside a house of rotting wood and geometric tricks

mid-afternoon next day seems exactly like the last
maybe that's because it is and maybe there's no past
to believe in, no story, to fester in my brain
(which has no true idea of that which they call pain)
the time the time the time we know the time we know it well
and despite their want of perfect chime past-dwellers crack the bell
they forge their blades with haste and guilt to plunge into their necks
and promise that it hurts them as they stab it in their backs
why do you attack yourselves with hope of material bliss?
Earthly bliss not exist until the war is over with
it all was just a passion, strung out on five sense hope
conflict was your gallows, duality your rope

it's everything I've always seen
the modern day is long
so long that it never stops
so short that it's gone

the stars aren't shining but reflecting
the light's a shadowy blue
the clock is selling seconds
the grave is suffering's end
to live is like a trial
sentenced to yourself
nocturnal rest and tomorrow's hope
do time in your own bones

~@~@~@~@~

Forever-the reason
for robbing the grave
stuck in four seasons
your wish will be saved
the sabbath is the one day
to buy happiness
in the breath we call life
which keeps meaning less
and it stays for a lifetime
this triumph regret
you're dying to feel fine
and trying to forget
don't try to change
but accept your mutations
as the link rearranges
each evolved creation
children can't stop time
adults don't grow younger
no police can stop crime
money can't end hunger
but it's perfectly alright
to be excessively content
it's perfectly alright
to destroy and invent

Ever home to bed and rest
Condemned to roam in dread and jest
File along to certain doom
Push them down, create some room
They sing and dance as they advance
into my held hypnotic glance

The rhythm of the dead awakes
To find the pulse that life-blood makes
A billion shrieks arise as one
As they succumb to the now-rising sun
They sing and dance as they advance
along the thinly guarded fence

listen to me
O you evil ones
forget the night that
never stops calling
I've forgotten all the cherished choir hymns
forsaken all the
easy acronyms
developed into the
mold of the black sheep
condemned to wander
contemptuously pondering
the worth of thought
dispelling the fables
of my own reality...

don't hesitate with fun
O you evil ones
remember the night and
the comfort of silence
I lost my trust, for
they parted the Red Sea
but couldn't swim across fast enough
before God was sidetracked
the sea closed in, they
never lost a step
contemptuously pondering
the worth of thought
dispelling the truths
of my own reality
don't listen to me
but don't forget about
the evil ones

Are we more clear when fear is on the conscience?
though losing face while growing old
and looking meek while feeling bold,
the sinner is each and every man
searching for a desperate plan
bury your possessions deeply
there's a chance they'll drift away

~@~@~@~@~

Lost my working sanity
amid the fact'ry sweat
dropped my oblong boxes
within my father's debt

stiff and still
grinds the iron mill
between the hazy hills

alone and lost
I turned and tossed
drowning in the pills

I have dared to live my foolish dream,
to drag my skin through famine,
only to ignore the future.
I'll see them all again,
in loathing they'll attempt to shun me.
But the illness never left them,
the virus never stops its hunt.
Know that your pain is viral ecstasy.

They are the plague, and you with them.
Dealt the welfare hand, they left you out.
Grab your own is what you learned.
Hide the ace is your instinct.
Produce the proper illusion
is the game of goals,
while others break their souls with routine.
Produce the proper illusion,
deduct your mental tax
from the dregs of redundancy.
No passion will be displayed today---
concern is for the faithful.
Over there in the bright corner
they're posing for a microphone;
amidst flashing lights they play along
with the dregs of decency
to produce the proper illusion.

"Here lies the noble fearless knight,
Whose valor rose to such a height:
When death at last did strike him down,
His was the victory and renown,
He reckoned the world of little prize,
And was a bugbear in men's eyes,
But he had the fortune in his age,
To live a fool and die a sage."
